Pasarbella & Friends Go To Town

Pasarbella is like a market with unique stalls from all around the world. They have their main stalls and restaurant at The Grandstand Bukit Timah. This March PasarBella and friends decided to come to town in conjunction with i Light Marina Bay 2014! Actually my main purpose of heading to Marina Bay is to capture art installation from i Light Marina Bay 2014, somehow my classmates decided to have a meet up and one of them are working here therefore I am here at PasarBella the Farmer's Market.

As you can see, all stall owner are using cargo container as their stall even for the event banner

Soo... we arrive at Gourmet Pie in Parsabella & Friends Go To Town around their opening time. Despite having to face the bad weather(haze and sun) we are still here catching up with each other.

My friend Victor works here, do support him if you were to visit!

Gourmet Pie are made in Singapore using ingredients from Australia, their shop will be close for the day once their pies are all sold out so.. do grab them fast.

Available in:
  • Steak & Cheese
  • Steak &  Mushroom
  • Steak & Onion
  • Cheese & Leek
  • Thai Chicken Curry
  • Braised Pork
  • Vegetable Curry

  • and Shepard Pie
Selling at:
$5.00 per Pie
$22.00 for 5 Pies
$40.00 for 10 Pies

Victor's recommendation is Steak & Cheese, however I can't take beef so I bought Chicken & Leek for myself

Here's a peak of the pie I am having

(left) Chicken & Leek from Gourmet Pie
(right) Lemonade from Cold Front Co

Accompanying with my pie is the Lemonade from Cold Front Co, it is my first time trying out organic lemonade and I love it. I am a person who seldom take gassy drinks, however their lemonade fizzy-ness is just nice and it won't kill me haha I also love looking at how the lemonade dances when I place it on the table.

When my boyfriend arrive I got him to purchase the Ginger Ale, it is organic too so you must try ok! Don't tell me you dislike ginger, all you need to do is pour it into a cup of ice and it will somehow kill the ginger taste.

Cold Front Co is sharing the same cargo container as Gourmet Pie, so if you are able to find them then you will be able to see Gourmet Pie vice-versa. P.S Their coke is also organic, and I will be back to give other drinks a try! Drinks are selling at $5.00 each

Loving the ambience here around evening cause it's so windy

Being able to sit so near to the Marina Bay Waterfont in such set-up is a rare chance, so don't miss it!

Yup, it's free seating but it will be good if you were to purchase something to sit down and drink/eat

Else you can also stand near the railing to chill or take a stroll also to enjoy the music and live band here

Later we also tried something else that is smelling good from the nearby cargo

It's the Honey Roasted Pork and Crackling Pork ($16.00) with potato (+$3.00) from Keith Crackling Roast

This place is really worth visiting for the atmosphere and new food finds, do visit before 30th March 2014!

That's all for this post, pictures of i Light Marina Bay 2014 art installation will be up on my next blog post, keep tracking!
