To go to Montigo Resort the fastest way from Singapore is to depart to Nongsapura Ferry Terminal, Batam from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Singapore. Beware of being pushed as there will be many kiasu aunty and uncle that will be taking the same ferry as you but don't worry of the check point being jam cause they are only there for ferry transfer.

My tip for booking the room is that if you don't mind your sky terrace and infinity pool view you can actually save cost and get the cheapest room. And also no matter how many pax you select during booking you will still get the same kind of villa, all floor plan for the villa are the same, they all have a master bedroom a guest room, living room, infinity pool and a sky terrace except for the spa villa, if will be slight extended from the infinity pool. If you wonder why the price for different number of pax differ, it is because that the price is inclusive of breakfast.
We also arrange for land transfer to pick us up to Montigo Resort
Had our lunch at TADDs restaurant while waiting for our room to be ready as we reach there earlier than the check in timing, my boyfriend is holding onto a big plate of fish where most of it is flour.

Review
Upon arrival we are welcome with a cold glass of lemongrass and a cold towel. Staffs are friendly and can converse well in English language. However we are disappointed that the wait for the buggy ride is slow, forever slow throughout out our 3day of stay which gave us quiet a bad impression of the service. Sunset view and night time star gazing is spectacular over here, we can even see Marina Bay Sands from here during day time. Breakfast is served in Western and Indo style, they have quite a lot of variety of food to choose from but not really to my liking. During our 2nd night of stay there is some problem with the air-conditioner in the master bedroom that woke me up with a loud crackling sound. We also took a cab to Turi Beach for watersports as the watersports at Montigo is not ready yet however, we were disappointed by the false information that was given by one of the montigo staff as he is unsure of Turi Beach water sports opening timing but still gave us the wrong info hence we end up wasting cab money and our time plus additional $50 for an extensions on late check-out request. Overall stay here is still pleasant, not much but little disappointment but then I still love the villa.

A: The resort do provided 7 seater car charter service

A: The water sports are currently not ready yet, you may call to clarify this
Q: How many people can the villa accommodate?
A: Maximum able to sleep up to 5 people only (bed)
Q: Is there WiFi?
A: Complimentary WiFi username and password will be provided for each villa with unlimited user access
